Registration
Registration Fees:
Early Registration Fee (until July 31, 2008): 178,50 EUR (incl. 19% German VAT)
Late Registration Fee (from August 1, 2008): 202,30 EUR (incl. 19% German VAT)
Gala Dinner: 178,50 EUR (incl. 19% German VAT)
Exchange lunch: 47,60 EUR (incl. 19% German VAT)

Pre-Registration Deadline: September 25, 2008
After this date no pre-registrations can be handled anymore. The onsite-registration is open on October 2, 2008, from 14.00 hours at the International CongressCenter (ICM).

Cancellations:
A refund of the registration fees less an administrative fee of 50,00 EUR will be made if a written cancellation is received until August 31, 2008. Thereafter no refunds can be made.

All cancellations or changes have to be made in writing to EUROKONGRESS.

Exhibition/Sponsoring
Please note that you have to purchase an entrance ticket for participating in the European Commodities Exchange. You can easily book this ticket by clicking on "Registration Exchange Day".
Booking Deadline:
There is no official booking deadline for booths and business tables.
The allocation of stands is handled on a first come first serve basis. When the exhibition area is sold out, no registrations can be handled anymore.
We therefore strongly recommend, to book the stands at your earliest convenience.

Additional charge for bookings on or after July 1st, 2008: 20% to all bookings

Cancellations:
A refund of the total amount invoiced, less an administrative fee of 15% (of the total amount invoiced) will be made if a written cancellation is received until May 31, 2008.
If the written cancellation is received after May 31, but until July 31, 2008, the total amount which was invoiced less an administrative fee of 50% (of the total amount invoiced) can be refunded.
After July 31, 2008 no refunds can be made.

All cancellations or changes have to be made in writing to EUROKONGRESS.

Hotel bookings
Booking Deadline: July 1, 2008
After this date, additional bookings / changes can only be handled according to availability.

Please note that hotel reservations can only be made within the following dates:

Arrival date: October 1, 2008
Departure date: October 5, 2008

All divergent bookings can only be handled according to availability of rooms.

Cancellations:
For hotel reservation changes or cancellations, received until March 1, 2008, no costs apply.
For hotel reservation changes or cancellations, received after March 1, until July 1, 2008, an administrative fee of 20,00 EUR (incl. 19% German VAT) per room applies.
For cancellations received after July 1, 2008, the full room rate applies.

All cancellations or changes have to be made in writing to EUROKONGRESS.

Since Munich is fully booked throughout the Oktoberfest we strongly recommend to secure your accommodation as soon as possible.

Neither the organiser nor EUROKONGRESS can neither be hold responsible for any personal injury, accident, damage, nor else or for additional expenses incurred as a result of changes of dates/venue /programme or else.
